Return Policy

✅ Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging as received.
✅ Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery or billing.
✅ No pick-up service is available for returns – customers are requested to visit the store for any exchange.

Credit Note Policy

✅ If a replacement product is not selected at the time of return, a credit note will be issued.
